If the Add-on simply allows access to web feeds from the rights holders then discussion of these is normally allowed, in this case there generally will be a website equivalent of the service, for example Youtube, BBC iPlayer, Netflix.

All links to pirated content will be removed. The repo that hosted it went down and the addon itself was removed from Github.
Discussions for add-ons that link directly to pirated content and enables the user to access that content through the add-on will be shut down.
